We believe our first responsibility is to the children. We must strive to provide for them an environment that promotes the discovery and application of knowledge, the acquisition of skills, and the development of intellect and character in a manner which prepares them to contribute effectively and ethically as citizens of a changing and increasingly technological world.
In the discovery of knowledge, innovative programs must be developed and new ideas of teaching experimented with; while making learning fun, we must set good examples by our daily conduct.
Our second responsibility is to the mothers and fathers who have entrusted us with their little ones. In fulfilling our responsibility to the parents, we must offer an education of such wholesomeness that it both meets and exceeds their expectations. We must strive to reduce our costs in order to maintain reasonable fees. We need to work hand in hand with parents to jointly do a better job at parenting. We must do everything possible to earn and maintain their trust.
We also have a responsibility to our employees, the men and women who work for us. They must be considered as individuals, respect their dignity and recognize their merit. We must provide a working environment that is clean, orderly and safe. We must provide competent management that as a team, works together to create something bigger than the individual alone could have accomplished. Goals must be set and expectations explained.
We are also responsible to the community in which we live, work and do our business. We must be sensitive to the needs of the society around us and also contribute to the preservation of the environment for which we are part of. Our business must make a reasonable profit so that we can pay our share of taxes and share in other social responsibilities.
All the above must be done in a manner that upholds Christian values and principles and in accordance with sound biblical teachings. Christ must be glorified in all things.
When we have operated guided by the above values, our lives would have been worth a hundred times over.
